This has been a popular menu item at Ore no Italian since the restaurant's founding.It is said to be a traditional dish originating in Florence, Italy.
The sirloin and tenderloin, two premium cuts of beef located around the loin, are sandwiched between a T-shaped bone. By cutting them together as a whole, this popular dish is created as a luxurious bone-in meat dish.

A special wine created in collaboration with Jean-Luc Thunevin, a renowned wine producer based in Saint-Émilion on the right bank of Bordeaux, France!
This is a classic Bordeaux wine that pairs perfectly with meat.Bordeaux wine refers to wine produced in the Bordeaux region of southwestern France, and is considered one of the world's finest wines.Its elegant and refined taste has earned it the title of "Queen of Wines."
The white wine has a crisp acidity that balances the rich flavor, while the red wine has smooth tannins and fruitiness that complement the savory taste of the meat.
